PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19, we have extended our returns period to 28 days. This means you now have up to 28 days to return your order. Refunds and return processing may also take up to 28 days due to staff shortages.
Please read the following carefully before placing an order. By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out below.
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website, call centre, and stores for placing orders for items from Modhubonexclusive.com. By ordering or purchasing goods from Modhubonexclusive, you confirm that you have understood and accepted these terms.

GENERAL
• All measurements are approximate.
• Colours and designs displayed on the website are as accurate as reasonably possible through photographic and production processes.
• Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
• Ownership of the products remains with us until full payment has been received.
• We are not liable for indirect losses including loss of profit, income, or anticipated savings caused by failure to comply with these terms.
• These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and us and replace all prior verbal or written arrangements.
• We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this website.
• Any delay or failure in enforcing our rights does not waive those rights.
• If any part of these terms is found unenforceable by a court, the remaining terms will continue in full effect.
• You may not transfer or subcontract your rights or obligations without our written permission.
• No third party has the right to enforce any part of these terms.
• All matters relating to purchases from our website shall be governed by English law, and English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
• We make every effort to ensure prices are correct. In rare cases of technical pricing errors, we reserve the right to correct the price and contact you for confirmation. If we cannot contact you, the order will be cancelled.
• We do not permit resale of any items purchased from us.
• All website content, trademarks, and materials may not be copied, duplicated, sold, modified, or used without prior written permission from management.
• If you are unhappy with any product supplied, you may return the item for a refund or contact customer care at modhubonexclusive@gmail.com
• Modhubonexclusive.com reserves the right to refuse service at any time.
• Sale of goods and services is subject to availability.
• These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
DAMAGED GOODS
• If a parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, do not sign for it and return it to the courier.
• If you accept a damaged parcel, sign it as “Damaged” and obtain the courier’s signature.
• Open the parcel in front of the courier and report any damage or missing items immediately.
• Keep all packaging materials, as these may be required for courier claims.
• You must contact customer service within 3 days of receiving damaged goods. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
• Goods lost in transit by our carrier may be refunded or replaced free of charge, subject to the courier’s claims process.
• If you receive a damaged item, contact customer care at modhubonexclusive@gmail.com and we will attempt to resolve the issue through repair, replacement, or refund.
• Refunds will not be provided for damage caused by misuse or neglect by the customer.
• Claims must be made within 3 days of receiving your order via email to modhubonexclusive@gmail.com
FABRICS AND EMBROIDERY
• Many of our garments are hand embroidered and delicate. Please wear them with care.
• Variations in patterns may occur due to individual dyeing methods.
• First wash must be Dry Clean only.
• Heavily embroidered garments must always be Dry Cleaned.
• Casual items should be washed separately in cold water and rinsed thoroughly. Do not soak.
• Colours are not guaranteed due to hand dyeing methods.
• We are not liable for damage caused by failure to follow washing instructions.
• Clothing with embossed or rubber prints should be ironed inside out.
• Minor displacement of prints, sequins, beading, or embroidery is not considered a defect, as this is part of handmade craftsmanship.
• Extra beading may sometimes be supplied.
• Postage costs cannot be claimed in such refund cases.
• Some outfits may have a paraffin smell due to the dry-cleaning process after embroidery. This smell will disappear once removed from packaging.
• Specially commissioned items may only be cancelled within 5 days of placing the order.
• After 5 days, cancellations or refunds cannot be offered on commissioned items.
• Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
